Booking & Confirmation
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment. Customers must provide accurate details including date, time, and pickup/drop location.
Payment Policy
Rental charges are shared at the time of booking. Additional costs such as extra kilometers, waiting time, toll, parking, taxes, or special requests may apply. Full payment must be completed before the service begins unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicle Usage & Responsibility
Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes. Any traffic violations, fines, or penalties during the rental period will be the customer’s responsibility. Misuse, rash driving, or damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations should be made prior to the scheduled pickup time. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and booking type. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. No refunds are applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Breakdown & Unforeseen Circumstances
All vehicles are regularly maintained and insured. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or force majeure events. In case of breakdown, we will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle of a similar category whenever possible.
Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included as per regulations. Damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or policy violation are not covered and will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
